I am a Digital Media Specialist for VSP Global, which has five business divisions that combine eye care insurance, high-quality eyewear, lens and lens enhancements, ophthalmic technology, and connected experiences to strengthen the relationship between patients and their eye doctors.

I work in their retail division and focus on their e-commerce websites, Eyeconic.com and DragonAlliance.com.

My duties comprise of using Salesforce Business Manager to control the content and images, assure the website is competitive by regularly updating metadata, and working directly with the design team to suggest marketing concepts to increase sales and enhance user experience.
